What is the UDC?

The Unified Development Code (UDC) is the set of development regulations that includes not only zoning provisions, but also other ordinances affecting land development in Addison. This includes the zoning regulations, subdivision regulations, landscaping regulations, sign regulations, and potentially other ordinances as determined by the City Council. The new UDC is intended to organize these land development regulations in a logical structure and sequence.
